Noise from the nearby train tracks can be quite disruptive, especially at night!!! The chemical smell in the newly renovated rooms could use more attention!!! Management's response to reported issues could be more attentive!!!

I had the best time during my one-night stay! The suite was super spacious and equipped with a microwave and fridge, perfect for my late-night snacks. Plus, the breakfast buffet was really good-there was a good mix of international options that I loved!

The hotel has a great modern vibe with a spacious room and decent breakfast variety. However, being near train tracks disturbed sleep due to loud horns, and check-in was disorganized, requiring a room change. Still, the friendly staff made things right during our stay.

Good luck getting back after a late concert. roads were completely blocked, leading to an hour of driving in circles just to find a way in. To top it off, the shower head had only one mode—hard and unyielding—and there were no accommodations like shower chairs for those with mobility issues. Plus, the layout left something to be desired, making it tricky to navigate the space effectively, especially with luggage.

Great for fams and train lovers!

We had a nice stay! The kids loved the pool and they were super excited about the trains outside—rushing to the window each time one came by! The place was really clean and the breakfast was tasty. Just a heads-up, the train noise might bug some peeps, but it was fun for us.
